UNLIMITED CLUB MEMBERSHIP

How do I sign up for an Unlimited Club Membership?

It’s quick and easy to sign up on our  membership-portal or stop by The Shining Star Car Wash and ask one of our Customer Service Advisors.

How does my Unlimited Club work?

It’s fast, easy, contactless.  When you visit, your license plate is scanned and confirms your membership with your wash package in 3 seconds and complete your wash in 3 minutesYou can use your membership every day and once a day.

When will I be billed for my Unlimited CLUB?

The day you sign up becomes your monthly payment date for each consecutive month you are on the program. No hassle and it is easy to update or cancel your plan.

Can I use my Unlimited Club with more than one vehicle?

No, the program is for only one vehicle and the assigned license plate.  We do have a second car discount program available. 

What are the Unlimited Club rules or terms and conditions?

The full list is printed on a receipt at the time of purchase at the wash or on this website. (Terms and Conditions)

UNLIMITED CLUB MANAGEMENT

How do I cancel my Unlimited Club Membership?

Canceling takes one minute online or at the wash (please allow 5 days to process before your anniversary date). Go to your online account management or stop into the wash. 

Will I receive a refund after I cancel my Unlimited Club Membership?

No, you will not receive a refund (please allow 7 days to process before your anniversary date). Your plan is paid and active until your next billing date.

Can I change my wash plan?

Yes, you can, by visiting the wash or  Manage Your Account online button top right to update your plan today.

Can I transfer my Unlimited Club Membership to a different vehicle?

Yes, you can! Stop in to transfer your membership to a different vehicle.

How do I update my credit card?

Online, at the wash or download our app to make a credit card change.

VEHICLE RESTRICTIONS

Are there any vehicles restrictions to not wash my vehicle?

The safety of our customers and your vehicle is our top priority. We safely wash thousands of vehicles every week but there are some vehicles that we cannot wash and certain vehicle design issues that we cannot be responsible for.

RESTRICTIONS

  • Vehicles with height greater than 6’-10”
  • Vehicles wider than 80” from driver side tire to outside of passenger tire.
  • Vehicles with flaking rust or perforated body panels
  • Vehicles with excessive mud
  • Trucks with open beds that are not completely empty and free of debris.
  • Full-size Hummers, Ford Raptor, RAM TRX, Nissan NV
  • 2010 and newer Ford SHO’s
  • Vehicles with ladders / ladder racks
  • Vehicles that sit 5” or lower to the ground
  • Vehicles with rear-mounted racks such as bike racks, mobility vehicle racks
  • Vehicles with permanently affixed tripod style mirrors
  • Trucks with beds containing fuel tanks.
  • Vehicles with dual rear tires
  • Other vehicles at staff discretion

 

OUR WASH IS VERY SAFE; HOWEVER, WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Antennas that are not lowered or removed.
  • Electronic and truck mirrors that are not folded in.
  • Electronic running boards left in the lowered position.
  • Collisions due to braking, steering, or driving in car wash tunnel.
  • Pre-existing damage and vehicles 10 years and older.
  • Vehicle molding, door handles, badging or emblems.
  • Moon roofs, sunroofs, bug shields, window shields.
  • Non-factory installed items including paint.
  • Wheel covers and center caps.
  • Paint, Clear coat & pin striping.
  • Electrical or mechanical issues.
  • All after-market accessories.

What about convertibles?

We wash a lot of fabric top convertibles, but we suggest you consult your owner’s manual. You can also call and talk to our staff before you purchase a wash or membership.

Do we support local events and charities?

Our family-owned business is committed to giving back to our local communities.  Requests should be made 30 days prior to the event in writing along with 501c3 documentation.  We support nonprofit organization (501c3), athletic or booster club, church, school, or service organizations.

Is your car wash touchless?

Our wash is not touchless. As you're concerned about getting a safe and thorough cleaning that leaves your car looking its best, you'll not experience a safer, cleaner, and shinier producing car wash than at the Shining Star Car Wash. Our smart wash technology has been trusted by thousands of BMW, Mercedes, and Bentley owners every week. We know how to safely wash these high-end vehicles, and we guarantee the same level of care for yours.

Do you offer free vacuuming?

Yes, we were the first to do so.  Our vacuums are the most powerful in our area.

What forms of payment do you accept?

For your convenience and faster service, we are now a cash-free establishment — thank you for using cards or digital payments!
